Within an OKM factory, each person in charge of a given process has established a “Distributed Quality Control System” designed to be directly responsible for quality control.
Under the Distributed Quality Control System, OKM has established a Quality Control Department that holds regular quality control meetings. OKM also develops periodic quality assurance activities designed around the quality control department to ensure that the high quality of products is strictly maintained.
